Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time my group of 35 kids had last week.
Every activity that you planned was engaging and interactive. Our tour guide,
Nguyen Van Phuong was outstanding. His familiarity and knowledge of
Vietnam and Hanoi City were so interesting. We were truly blessed with such a
delightful guide.
This was my third trip with you at Vilaca Travel and I keep coming back because
of the quality of your service and moreover the excellence of the people who are
so accommodating and knowledgeable. I probably have more fun on these trips than
the children do! I know that my School really loved being in Hanoi because the
activities were unique and captivating. The hotel accommodations were great. The
variety of meals was also memorable. It was another fantastic trip and I want to
thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Dear Mr.Hoang,
I can't begin to tell you how
much we enjoyed our trip. It was far and above what we had expected. Our tour
guide, Chau, was fantastic. She thought of everything and went out of her way to
do extra little things to make our trip more memorable. Her knowledge of
Vietnam, professionalism, and warm and caring personality made her a first class
tour guide. We enjoyed the selection of tours. I believe we saw the best of
Vietnam. Our hotels were very nice and centrally located. The hotel staff were
very courteous and accommodating.
Being recently widowed and traveling with another woman, we felt completely safe
and did not feel the need to worry about anything. Everything was very well
planned and went smoothly from start to finish. Without a doubt we will use
Vilaca Travel again.

The trip was a dream come true for me and far exceeded
my hopes, for both me and David. We knew that I would

Dear Mr. Hoang,
I enjoyed very much my visit to Hanoi and Halong Bay,
Saigon, the Mekong Delta and Luang Prabang. It is
great if I have one more day in Saigon, in order to
see the tunnels and some other sights. All hotels I
stayed in, were very nice especially the hotel in
Luang Prabang and the Rex Hotel in Saigon. The tour
guide and driver, each one was excellent. I especially
appreciate Tuan, my guide in Hanoi and Halong Bay, my
guide in Luang Prabang, and my guide in Siem Reap, who
suggested that I spend an afternoon at Ton Le Sap
Lake. All guides and drivers were very professional.I
will recommend this tour and Vilaca Travel to everyone
I know.

Dear Vilaca Travel,
Thank you very much for all the travel arrangements
that you made for our trip to Vietnam & Cambodia.
Everything was very well arranged. There was always
someone waiting to pick us up at the airport/boat port
or hotels. The three guides that showed us around the
Mekong Delta, Phnom Penh & Siem Reap where all very
helpful and knowledgeable.
The hotels that we stayed in were all lovely hotels
and at Siem Reap we were lucky enough to be upgraded
to a suite. The Victoria hotels at Can Tho, Chau Doc
and Phan Thiet are all beautiful hotels and the staff
all very charming and attentive.
We very much enjoyed the boat travel from Chau Doc to
Phnom Penh and from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. On the
trip from Chau Doc we were accompanied by a lady from
the hotel who dealt with all the formalities for
leaving Vietnam and entering Cambodia.
Thank you also for managing to get us both seats on
the flight from Siem Reap to Saigon at short notice.
We very much enjoyed our holiday and will use your
services next time we visit Vietnam. We would be very
happy to recommend your company to others.

My friend and I have just returned from our first trip
to Vietnam and would like to take the time to thank
you and your company for organising the hotels and
internal flights. Everything ran smoothly and everyone
we dealt with was friendly and professional I would
not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and would

hotels we chose, The Majestic hotel in Saigon, The
Victoria resort in Phan Thiet and The Methopole
sofitel hotel in Hanoi were all fantastic and the
prices we paid through your firm were much cheaper
than anyone else on the market.

Dear Mr.Nam,
The attention and
customer service that Vilaca Travel provided from the
initial planning stages to the actual trip to the post
trip follow-up were simply outstanding! The
professionalism of the staff, to the quality of the
guides, to the flexibility provided on the trip itself
took away from the "tour" experience, and created a
nice "customized" program.
The experience in Sapa
was exceptional, and you provided a very
comprehensive, yet unstressed, sapa trekking ! It was
a nice way to trek,. Oh food that the cook prepared
is wonderfull,the guide Tuan,he is very nice, his
english very good ,unbelievable. I try to keep in my
really good souvernirs I had in Sapa a long the
trek,Nam thank you very much for your organization of
trek,
One day we will come back
to say hello again.
